This is an optimized test reagent for detecting Orientia tsutsugamushi (scrub typhus pathogen). This product exhibits significantly increased sensitivity compared to the 56 kDa antigen-specific detection kit, targeting O. tsutsugamushi-specific multi-copy genes. Additionally, a nested PCR kit for amplifying the 56 kDa gene sequence is included for antigen type analysis of suspected positive samples.
