The Clear-MD® Flavivirus Real-time RT-PCR Detection Kit is a highly optimized assay designed for the detection of major mosquito-borne flaviviruses, including Zika virus, Dengue virus (types 1-4), West Nile virus, Japanese encephalitis virus, and Yellow fever virus. This kit is tailored to accurately amplify target virus RNA even in samples containing a variety of RNA species, thanks to the one-step real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (1-step qRT-PCR) that enables real-time detection of the amplified product. With the inclusion of SybrGreen Type dye, the kit is compatible with various real-time PCR instruments.
